All you need to know about a holiday
in our Ferienwohnungen Annabell, Forstau
The apartments at Ferienwohnungen Annabell are available from 1.00 pm on arrival day. We kindly ask you to you to vacate your accommodation for cleaning by 9.00 am on departure day.
You'll find free parking spaces right in front of the house.
In summer enjoy our pavilion, barbecue corner, playing and sunbathing lawn.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole house.
We provide cots, highchairs and toys for our youngest guests.
You don't need to store your winter sports equipment in your apartment. Make use of our ski and boot room with boot dryer.
You can rent snowshoes, kids' sledges, bobs and toboggans from us free of charge.
Smoking is not permitted in our house. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors. Thank you for your understanding!
Children under one year of age stay free of charge.
- Schladming Dachstein-summer card: Over 100 attractions in the holiday region of Schladming-Dachstein are included free of charge plus a number of discounts. The Schladming Dachstein-summer card is included in your stay.
- SalzburgerLand Card: Over 190 sights & attractions in the whole of Salzburg are just waiting to be visited free of charge. The card also offers a number of further discounts. You can purchase the card at the Tourist Office in Forstau.

Please note pets are not permitted in our apartments.
In order to confirm your booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should be paid in cash on the evening prior to departure at the latest.
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and earl departure cancellation fees will be charged. As anything can happen (illness, accident…), we recommend you take out travel insurance.
